The scheme is part of their ‘Decarbonisation’ plan and includes:
- Removal of old oil boiler
- Installation of 16 new Air Source Heat Pumps inc. construction of new compound area
- Installation of new 3 phase electric mains.
- Minor Builders work
We worked alongside the Asbestos contractor over the Autumn half term to carry out isolations and asbestos strip to the plant room and install temporary heating to the school during construction.
This project is scheduled to be complete early 2026 with a contract value of £1m.
