Pets at Home Retail Unit

Brims Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor in April 2016 by Belize  Property Developments Ltd to undertake the design and construction of a new retail development for Pets at  Home in Berwick-upon-Tweed. The first phase of the project included the demolition of the existing ‘Beds at Berwick’ furniture store and vibro piling of the site, before the construction of the new 6,113 sq ft retail unit which was leased by Pets At Home. The external works included the construction of a new layby, 13 No. visitor parking spaces, 2 No. accessible parking spaces, cycle racks, bin stores, fencing and hard and soft landscaping.
