Nando's Restaurant, Boldon Cinema Complex

Brims Construction was appointed by Land Securities in April 2014 to undertake the creation of a new retail unit adjacent to Cineworld Boldon for occupation by Nando’s Restaurants. The works were undertaken whilst the retail park remained fully operational. Clear signage, fencing and diversions were put in place to ensure the safety of the general public at all times. Through rigorous site management and clear communication between ourselves and Land Securities, the Leisure park and all adjacent tenancies were able to continue to trade and operate for the duration of the project.
