Office Refurbishment

Brims Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor in March 2013 to undertake the refurbishment of the ground floor reception and Levels 2 to 8 at Pearl Assurance House in Newcastle City Centre. Pearl Assurance House is an iconic 9 storey building situated at the junction of Northumberland Street and New Bridge Street. Our works comprised the refurbishment of the offices, lobbies and toilets on Levels 2 to 8 including the replacement of all windows. The ground floor reception was refurbished to include new entrance doors and a reception desk. A feature canopy was installed at the main entrance with feature cladding to the high level parapet.
