Brims Construction was appointed to undertake the refurbishment of existing four storey commercial office building for Hays Travel at their head office in Sunderland city centre. The project was undertaken in two phases, phase one being the alteration of the existing ground floor office to accommodate staff for initial occupation.  The overall works comprised of the removal of existing partitions and some block walls, as well as the removal of some suspended ceilings and floor coverings. Other works included the construction of new partition walls, all internal decoration and alteration of existing services.
