Brims Construction were appointed in May 2024 to complete the fit out works to an existing building to create a new dental clinic.
The works included the installation of new raised access flooring, metal stud partitions, new ceiling, floor and wall finishes and new furnishings throughout including tea points, lockers, benching and IPS units.
New internal doorsets were installed through, including a lead lined door to the x-ray room. New mechanical and electrical services were installed throughout to suit the new dental practice requirements.
