Blyth Sports Centre has undergone a major facelift to improve sports and leisure facilities and create a wellness hub for the local community. The work included the creation of a new state of the art gym, fitness area, and two new fitness studios. New spa facilities and new wet and dry changing rooms. The creation of a dedicated cycling studio, a new and improved soft play experience and an extended cafe offer, while a re-designed modern and welcoming reception area will improve the customer experience. In addition, there are new classrooms which will be used by the county council’s Learning & Skills Service to provide a range of learning opportunities for the local community.
