BRIMS Construction has started work on the transformation of an iconic South Shields building into a seafront fish restaurant creating 35 new jobs.

Gandhi’s Temple on Sea Road was originally built as a community seating shelter and public toilets in 1931 and later used as bandstand  – although no-one knows how its name came about.

Tyneside Student Scheme Completed in Record Time

A NEW student accommodation scheme has been completed in record time with its first phase over 80% full – a little over a year since construction work began.

Newcastle’s latest student scheme – the 270-bed Glass Works development on Coquet Street in Ouseburn – has been completed by Brims Construction on behalf of Hong Kong developers Bricks Capital.
