Brims Construction were successfully appointed to deliver the design and construction of a new Wickes DIY store on St. Andrew’s Retail Park, Durham. The scheme comprises of a 24,000 sq. ft Wickes store, which is of steel frame and cladded construction.
The new build also included a welfare mezzanine level including masonry walls, ceilings, lighting, ventilation, plumbing and air conditioning. External works included new surface and foul water drainage, external concrete service yard, fencing and surface finishes including kerbing, tarmac, paving and soft landscaping.
