Time Central Office Refurbishment

Brims Construction was appointed in February 2018 by Turner & Townsend to undertake construction and fit-out works for its new regional headquarters at the Grade A Time Central office development in Newcastle. New contemporary office space was created which included reception space, a café/hub, meeting rooms, main office area, print room and new server room. As the other floors of the Time Central building remained fully operational during the works, we worked closely with the Landlord’s representatives to comply with their control of contractor, permit to work and emergency procedures.
