Brims Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor in 2012, to undertake the refurbishment and conversion of a Grade II* Iisted building into a Creative Hub for The Live Theatre.  The Schoolhouse is located within Trinity Chare just off Broad Chare, in the heart of Newcastle Quayside, it is a Grade II* listed property originally built as a free school in 1712 by the Guild of the Blessed Trinity of Newcastle upon Tyne. The property comprises of a self-contained, brick built office building within its own grounds and overlooks a historic courtyard surrounded by other Grade II* listed buildings. Internally, the office space is a series of rooms over three floors ranging in size to provide good open plan accommodation, with CAT 6 cabling to enable full functionality for modern businesses.
