Brims Construction was appointed by The Inn Collection Group in May 2014 to undertake the extensive redevelopment of The Kings Head Inn at Great Ayton in Cleveland. The works comprised the complete refurbishment of the ground floor restaurant, bar and reception area and involved the demolition and strip out of the existing finishes and the installation of new floor finishes including bespoke rugs, carpets and a hardwood floor to the restaurant area. New bespoke joinery items such as a wine display unit, waiter station, fixed seating and T&G boarding were supplied and installed. The area was decorated to an extremely high standard, with two new gas fires and decorative lighting throughout. The external areas of the Inn were redecorated throughout, including new masonry paint to the existing walls and gloss paint to the windows and external doors. New signage was also fitted, including a new fascia sign, and a new projecting sign.
