Brims Construction were appointed as main contractor on a new build single storey extension to the existing Sports Hall changing and storage facilities for St Thomas More Academy. The works comprised the recladding the existing Sports Hall roof, demolition of the existing single storey space between the Assembly Hall and the Ball Hall. The new two storey building now provides new changing facilities with additional shared storage, office accommodation and a new Dance/Drama Studio at First Floor level. The works also involved the refurbishment of the existing Ball Hall which comprised of a new wall lining; new ceiling and mechanical & electrical services installation.
