Springfield Motors Showroom

Brims Construction was appointed by the Springfield Motor Group to undertake the construction of a car showroom extension and expanded workshop facility to provide a new Fiat dealership at the busy Durham Road Showroom in Gateshead. The new Fiat showroom is approximately 2,000 sq.ft. in size, in addition to this, a new valet area was provided as well as an extension to the existing workshop facilities, comprising a further 1,200 sq.ft. The showroom and workshop areas are of a single storey steel frame construction. New car parking areas were constructed following the excavation and disposal of existing top soil and hardstanding.  The car park extension provided 50 additional car parking spaces for the new Fiat showroom. A new manual vehicle barrier was installed to the entrance of the car park, with two new hoop barriers installed to either side of the vehicle barrier.
