Rutherford AFC

Brims Construction was appointed main Contractor for the construction of a new Sports Club for local football club, Rutherford AFC and the wider community. The project included the provision of new 3G sports surfacing and sporting club facilities. The main pavilion provided a new club house for Rutherford AFC and also a bar, meeting rooms and  offices, function suite for up to 100 people, kitchen, cafeteria and changing facilities for officials and players. The works included a full mechanical and electrical installation, including underfloor heating  throughout the building footprint in lieu of a standard heating system.
