Brims Construction were appointed by the University of Sunderland on the recent refurbishment of the Reg Vardy Building within the grounds of the St Peter’s Campus. The Reg Vardy Centre, a self-contained teaching and learning facility that houses the disciplines of Business, Law, Tourism, Culture, and Social Sciences, and is also home to the University’s Law Clinic. The scope of the works included a demolition, soft strip and electrical strip out. The addition of new partitions, specialist staircase metalwork’s and joinery. Mechanical and electrical installation, raised access floor alterations and decoration works.
