Quay West Business Village

The development at Quay West centred on the creation of 100,000 sq. ft. (9290 sq.m.) of premium office and retail space across 48 high quality offices in a range of sizes. The office units were constructed to a traditional construction with a mixture of render, brickwork, feature blockwork and curtain walling to provide contemporary facades with all works being completed by our ‘in house’ operatives. Extensive ground remediation of the former shipyard site including infilling of old slipways was carried out to allow piling to the building footprints. The external works included the provision of 323 car parking spaces, footpaths, perimeter fencing, landscaping, external lighting, substation, new drainage and new quay edge balustrade creating a feature riverside walkway.
