Brims Construction was appointed by Eland Homes Ltd in January 2014 for the construction of fourteen speculative private residential properties at Delaval Court on Station Road in Seaton Delaval. Designed by award-winning Fitz Architects this unique development consists of twelve detached and two semi- detached homes and follows the demolition of the previous property on the site. There are seven house designs each one having its own unique appearance making each home truly individual. The development is in a semi-rural location backing onto green fields with fabulous views.
