Clough House

Brims Construction was appointed by the Adderstone Group in February 2018 to undertake the construction of the new Clough House Student Accommodation complex at Kings Manor in Newcastle. Initial works comprised the demolition of the old Clough House office block to make way for the construction of the new eight-storey high specification student accommodation building. The new 272-bed accommodation block comprises 20 studio units and 46 cluster flats. The high quality development also includes a common room, games room, study room, fitness suite, high spec cinema room and rooftop terrace.
