Brims Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor by Adderstone Group in November 2015 to undertake the construction of a two-storey extension to their existing office building to provide 42 high specification studio apartments for local students. The studios are arranged over the 3rd and 4th floor of the Maling Court office development in a U-shape with some studios located in the ‘floating’ bridge style area of the development. External works included a central courtyard and landscaping.
