Brims Construction was appointed by the Adderstone Group to undertake the construction of a new student accommodation complex at 50-54 Union Street, Newcastle. The new eight-storey student residential scheme is located on the junction of Stoddart Street and Union Street in the Upper Ouseburn area of Newcastle, at the site of the now derelict PTS plumbing building. The development features 331 beds split across 91 studios and 38 cluster flats along with a lounge and games room, laundry, fitness suite, two dinner party rooms, study room, cinema room and outdoor amenity space with picnic tables and cycle stores.
