Brims Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor under a design and build form of contract to undertake the refurbishment and single storey extension to the Marsden Road Health Centre. The contract also included the demolition of the existing Horsley Hill Community Centre and replacement new build which included a gymnasium, community meeting rooms, Homes Office and Crèche Facility. The two projects were undertaken concurrently with the refurbishment of the health centre being undertaken in a live operating environment. The health centre is located over two floors and comprised a full internal refurbishment of all consulting rooms, treatment rooms and offices.
