Brims Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor in 2014 by Newcastle Glassworks Ltd for the construction of a major new student accommodation scheme in the Ouseburn area of Newcastle. The works briefly comprised the design and construction of five new accommodation blocks which accommodate 270 individual accommodation units.  The high quality, high specification modular units were provided by CIMC and were shipped from China. There are several self-contained studio apartments which include an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and living space. The bedroom units were all provided with high quality internal furniture, fittings and soft furnishings.
