Benton Farm Cottages

Brims Construction was appointed by Bradley Homes Ltd in September 2014 for the construction of six speculative, high specification, private residential properties adjacent to Whitley Road, in Benton. The new homes were built in a mews style and were located at the entrance to the highly popular Manorfields private housing development which has already transformed the local area. Two existing semi-detached cottages were demolished to make way for the new high quality properties which are in keeping with the style of homes at Manorfields. The development includes a 4-bed detached house, four 3-bed semi-detached houses, and a 2-bed apartment above a four-garage block. The design also incorporated features such as semi-frameless glass bay windows, dormer windows and Velux vertical windows to provide maximum natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding area.
