It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and at Brims Construction Limited we are committed fostering a workplace environment that promotes Mental Health and Wellbeing.
So far this week we have been busy reviewing our Health and Wellbeing Policy with the Senior Management Team. We caught up with four of our Mental Health First Aiders Anthony Wood, Jonny Drane, Sarah J Hall and Liam Abdi who have been discussing the recent training they received at the end of April with Seaham Safety Services Ltd.
We are hosting a Toolbox talk on Friday to engage our teams and spread awareness about Mental Health. This will provide us with the opportunity to roll out the updated policy, discuss the importance and invite participants who are interested in completing Mental Health training. As we look to build on the number of Mental Health First Aid persons available across the business.
